Enjoy a light-lunch and delicious cakes amongst the “batterie de cuisine” in this former Tudor kitchen. Or take a seat at the outside tables, perfect for relaxing in the sun whilst soaking up the atmosphere of this magnificent Elizabethan House and the views of the church and deer park.
On the menu you will find a selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, salads, snacks and a mouth-watering selection of homemade lunches, afternoon teas and cakes. Produce from the Garden is used wherever possible. The restaurant is licensed to sell beer, cider and wines with meals.
Please note: The restaurant is only open to visitors to the House and/or Gardens.
Newly refurbished in 2016, The Mower Shed with indoor seating and picnic benches outside is the perfect spot to enjoy afternoon sunshine with views the Pleasure Grounds. If you would prefer, there are also picnic blankets for visitors to borrow and savour a traditional picnic within the grounds.
The menu consists of locally-sourced cakes, savouries and snacks. A new addition is the barista-style coffee machine for you to enjoy Americanos, lattes and cappuccinos.

Amongst the many wonderful items available for purchase are Parham’s own jams and preserves (made with our Garden produce), plus an extensive range of gifts including toiletries, baskets, books and postcards. There is something for everyone including gardeners, chefs, children and history lovers.
