Alicia Pearson (Lady Emma’s great-grandmother) insisted that there should be flowers from the Garden in every room, and this a tradition we continue to this day.

The flowers are arranged in what we call “Parham-style”, and we often use weeds, bolted herbs or anything that looks good, co-ordinating the colours to the objects in each room. This brings the garden into the house, and it brings Parham alive.
Tom, our Head Gardener, and his team often have to bring as many as thirty buckets of flowers and leaves in, and they make a wonderful sight.
