Lady Emma Barnard receives Custodian Prize from the Historic Houses Association

Lady Emma has received a Custodian Prize from the Historic Houses Association in recognition of her care and attention to detail demonstrated in her presentation of the collection at Parham. This prize was presented to Lady Emma  after narrowly missing out on the Historic Houses Collections award for 2022.  

Parham was delighted to receive a special mention by the Judges from the Historic Houses Association, a panel of five leading experts in the worlds of curation and collections of both fine and decorative arts, who were deeply impressed by Lady Emma’s approach. 

We send our congratulations to The Williams Caerhays Mineral Collection at Caerhays Castle Gardens, who were  the overall winners of the Inaugural Collections award and very well done to the  shortlisted finalists, including Blair Castle and Knowsley Hall who also received a further commendation for their submitted collections.
