Personal information and messages may be stored for a longer period as part of a website backup. Backups are important so that we can repair the website if it gets hacked, defaced or deleted. In any instance where there is the need to restore the website from a backup, we will immediately delete any personal information that is restored and which is older than one month from the day of the restore.
At the Parham Park Ltd offices, your message and personal information is retained in an identifiable form only for as long as is necessary to respond to the communication or to take any appropriate actions. Afterwards, the information is deleted or anonymised and retained for statistical purposes.

Personal information submitted to our online ticket merchant, Tyg Tickets Ltd, is retained for six years from the date of the most recent interaction with the service. After this time, it is automatically deleted.
