Terms & Conditions


All guests entering Parham House and Gardens must have a valid entrance ticket and display their sticker.

Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, transferred to another date or refunded. Ticket upgrades can only be made on the day of your first visit. There is no refund once the ticket/s have been purchased.

All prices are correct at the time of publishing. However, they are subject to change without prior notice.

Children 14 years and under must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst visiting Parham House and Gardens.

Dogs are welcome in the gardens as long as they are kept on a lead at all times. With the exception of assistance dogs, dogs are not allowed in the House. Click here for more information.

Parham Park Ltd reserves the right to introduce security checks, and items such as bags and rucksacks may be subject to search.

Car parking is free. Parham Park Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to vehicles by other visitors whilst using our car park.

Parham Park Ltd may hold you liable for any damage caused by you to the property or any of its contents or for any injury caused to any of our representatives or other visitors during your visit.

Parham Park Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage to personal property or injury to visitors, howsoever caused, but does not exclude liability where any death or injury is caused by the negligence of Parham Park Ltd or its staff.

Parham Park Ltd reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse entry or admission or to remove from Parham House and Gardens any visitor.

CCTV is in operation at Parham Park Ltd for the purpose of crime prevention and detection.

During the Open Season (Easter Sunday to the end of second week of October) Parham Park Ltd reserves the right to close all or part of the House, Gardens, catering outlets and activities, and to change or cancel events. The House and Gardens is closed from October to Easter. However, they may also close to the public without prior notice being given and the management of Parham Park Ltd reserve the right to refuse entry.


You must accept these terms before you can proceed with your online booking. Tickets are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

Online tickets go off sale three hours prior to opening on the same day as your visit.

Before making a purchase, please carefully review your individual selection and dates you have booked for.

Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, transferred to another date or refunded.

Tickets will be sent via email. If you do not receive an email within one hour please call us on 01903 742 021, or send an email to: enquiries@parhaminsussex.co.uk.

There are no membership discounts available with online booking, for example RHS Membership and Historic Houses Membership.


Please inform our Welcome Team if you are entitled to a concession at the time of booking, as concessionary rates cannot be applied retrospectively.

General admission tickets cannot be used as part of a school visit.

Lost or damaged tickets can only be replaced with proof of purchase.

Tickets that are purchased through the Estate Office can be posted out 2nd Class for a small charge through Royal Mail and can take up to 7 days to arrive. Once they leave Parham House we are not liable if they go missing and the postage charge will not be refunded. If for any reason your tickets do not arrive in the post, for security reasons we can only reprint a new set for you on the day you are attending; please bring along your order number as proof of purchase.

A Season Ticket may only be used by the named holder and is not transferable.

If you are purchasing your Season Ticket online then you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive an email please call us on 01903 742021, or send an email to: enquiries@parhaminsussex.co.uk.

On each visit the Season Ticket holder must present their card at the Welcome Kiosk and the holder agrees to show the membership for further inspection when requested.

The holder agrees to abide by any bye-laws and regulations which may apply to Parham Park Ltd.

The Season Ticket is valid from time of issue for a twelve-month rolling period and once issued, the Season Ticket is not refundable.

One Season Ticket will be issued per person.

An administration charge of £3.00 per card will be levied for lost or replacement cards.

An individual entrance ticket (purchased on the same day) can be used against the cost of the corresponding Season Ticket only e.g. an adult ticket can only be used to upgrade to an adult Season Ticket.

All member benefits are correct at the time of publishing. However, they are subject to change in the following calendar year. A membership card must be presented to redeem these benefits.

Historic Houses Association Members are offered complimentary admission to the House & Gardens on standard Open days (not applicable for Event days). Please note that we are not participating in any other HHA promotions and that HHA membership is not applicable for Group visits.

RHS members can enjoy free entry to the Gardens on weekdays only. This does not include Saturdays and Sundays. This applies to Member 1 only but is not applicable to Group visits and Events. Upgrades to include entry to the House can be purchased at £2.50 per adult.

Gardeners World 2-4-1 card is accepted for Garden admission on weekdays and weekends. This applies to 1 free garden entry when accompanied by 1 paying garden entry. Upgrades to include entry to the House can be purchased at £2.50 per adult. The card is not valid on Event days.
