Parham House & Gardens

The Gardens

The gardens consist of beautiful Pleasure Grounds and a four-acre Walled Garden. There are cut flower beds, herbaceous borders, a glasshouse, vegetable garden, orchard and a 1920s Wendy House.

Spring bulbs and tulips adorn the garden at Easter, whilst lilies, roses and lupins carry the summer to a crescendo of autumnal colour.

Take away your own little piece of Parham horticulture from our Garden Shop and Nursery with over 220 herbaceous perennials on sale, grown and hand-tended on-site by our garden team. Members of the team are also available with gardening advice and to answer any questions.

Regeneration plans for the 2021 season

Visitors who know Parham well will notice a few changes when the gates open for the 2021 season. This is because some bold decisions were made last year, during the forced closure, to tackle some long-standing perennial weed problems. Newly appointed head gardener Andrew Humphris reveals his exciting plans for the Garden here.
